Summer Speed, Strength & Agility Training Camps

Summer Camp workouts will improve reaction times as well as increase overall core and specific muscle strength for athletes of all sports. Kim has had great success training athletes involved in baseball, football, basketball, wrestling, volleyball, swimming, soccer, tennis and softball. Exercises will include agility ladder drills, cone workout, jumping stations, band exercises, reaction training, smaller hurdles, circuit training, body weight workout, and much more. 

Summer 2021

Ages 6-11 – $90 per session (6 classes)
Mon, Tues, Thurs 4:15 pm- 4:55 pm

Ages 12+ – $120 per session (6 classes)
Mon, Tues, Thurs 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
