I am a Military wife of 4 children who has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2002, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition since 2012. During this time I’ve trained many adults helping them achieve their fitness goals through private and group sessions.

In 2015, I became a Nationally Certified Sports Performance Coach (through NSPA), specializing in youth athletics. As a speed and agility coach, I’ve had tremendous success training athletes in football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, rugby, swimming, and baseball/softball in private and team settings.

I am currently serving as the Athletic trainer for the Canadian Valley Futbol Club (CVFC), a position I have held the past two years. I enjoy helping kids be active and being a part of a young athletes’ road to success!
